New Year's concerts elate the audience
The Brass Band Fröschl Hall welcomed the year 2016 with a serial of four New Year's Concerts in Imst, Breitenwang, St. Johann in Tirol and Innsbruck.
While the expectations were high, the preparation time was comparably low. However, the audience in all of the four sold-out venues rewarded the top performance of the Tyrolean ensemble with thundering applause. Highlight of the evening was definitely our guest soloist Michael Schöch, who sensitively enrichened the sound of brass instruments with both the organ and the piano. With Florian Klingler on the soprano cornet and Matthias Raggl on the tuba, musicians from the band's own ranks thrilled the audience with their performances.
